Delivery & Returns
Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to lower the amount of time in the mail. Orders placed on Monday are shipped on Tuesdays. We do not ship on US Postal Service holidays. If we have any questions or concerns with your order, generally we will let you know within 24 to 48 hours.
Egg 24/7 uses Shopify Payments for security. If you place your order online, we do not have access to your payment information.
Egg 24/7 offers subscription egg whites which is both discounted by 10% and shipped out first before regular orders every week. You Select weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly deliveries and we ship your orders accordingly on that Monday. If ever you need to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription, simply log into your account on our website and select the option in your profile.
We offer complimentary (FREE) UPS Shipping on all orders. Priority Mail upgrade (1 to 3 days) is available based on calculator.
We do not ship internationally.
We keep a large inventory. However, upon occasion we do run into an out of stock situation. If this occurs, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.

Due to the perishable nature of the product simply request a refund and dispose of the product we will refund no questions asked.
In the event that we've goofed on your order or if your order arrives damaged and you would like a replacement, just let us know within 7-days and we will ship out a replacement the following Monday.
If your package shows delivered and you still haven't received it, please contact your local post office to check the GPS status of your package. You're welcome to contact us and we can look up the telephone number for your local post office if you cannot locate it.
