Shipping policy
All orders are shipped on the Monday or Tuesday to prevent weekend delays in the mail that could compromise the product. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Due to prep time, orders received on Monday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@eggwhites247.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to specific states.
In-store pickup
We do not do in-store pickup, do not try.
International Shipping
We do not currently provide shipping outside the USA
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns do to the perishable nature of the products. however if you are unhappy with the product we to provide no questions asked money back guarantee if requested within 5 days of receiving the product
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@eggwhites247.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
